Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products.

If you experience a problem receiving or accessing your purchase, please contact DOZCAPONE and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Physical Products: We accept returns of new, unused physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee. Once an approved return is received, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
